Return & Exchange Policy For An Online Purchase We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags that has been purchased from our online store.
The article has to be sent back within 7 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Delivery charges will not be refunded in any case.
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
Imported items can not be refunded, but can only be exchanged.
Refunds will be made via Easy Paisa, Online banking or in the form of a coupon code.
All returns should be sent to the provided address.

We are clearly stating that all items sold here on sephani.pk/ on our stores are imported /purchased/made in Bangladesh/turkyia/Sirilanka/Pakistan.
The buyer found items cheaper somewhere else -
